ROTAMANTLES are specially designed to meet laboratory requirement of convenient stirring in flask with simultaneous uniform heating by mantles. A combination of heating Mantle cum Magnetic stirrer to obtain heating and stirring in round bottom flasks. These have two tier construction with the upper compartment consisting of heating mantle woven out of fibre glass yarn and fitted with heating element. These are insulated by glass wool to eliminate heat loss and transfer of heat to motor compartment thereby protecting the motor and controls. These are smooth running apparatus utilizing the rotating magnetic field from a balanced permanent magnet to induce variable stirring action and uniform heating in closed open or flat bottom round flask The stirring is accomplished by a small Teflon coated magnetic paddle to be placed in the flask. The stirrer speed and heating energy is controlled by stepless speed and energy regulators respectively
